How to Book

  1. Visit our booking site below to see if your date is free on the calendar.
  2. Make the booking (note that by doing so you are committing to the booking, this is not speculative)
  3. You will have your booking confirmed and invoice sent out on the next Wednesday following your booking
  4. Make prompt payment of your invoice either within 28 days of your booking, or immediately if less
    1. Note – all bookings require a £100 refundable deposit to be paid, and our charges are £20 per hour effective September 2026
  5. Ensure you book enough time to set up and clean, and please take all rubbish with you (bin bags provided)
  6. If you wish to view before booking then please use the “contact us” page. All viewings are 7.30pm on Wednesday, however please message us first to guarantee someone is available to do the viewing (comprehensive photos and lists of facilities and equipment is available on the booking site)

2nd Heald Green Hut Booking Site

Hut Information

Dimensions (as illustrated above) w7.2m x l12.5m x h2.8m. If hiring a bouncy castle, check the height with the supplier to ensure it fits. You can also place the bouncy castle on the grass outside and there is a dedicated 16 amp Commando/Ceeform connector – just remind the supplier to bring an adapter.
