Being a volunteer at Scouts we want all our leaders to have first aid skills they can draw on to help within scouts and also the wider community.
Scouts has a bespoke first response course designed for scouting and our young people, it doesn’t have an NGB qualification so doesn’t meet employer requirements. However, if you have an existing qualification then this can be adapted/converted to be used within Scouts. First Response last for 3 years and requires renewal.
