BOOKING SYSTEM

Our booking system includes the Scout Hut Hall, Church Hall and Church Extension, please select which room you would like via the calendar below.

You can hire our hall for your event, we’ve had community events, fundraisers, yoga classes, toddler groups and children’s party.

Please note our recommended capacity is no more than 40 due to the size of the building.

Hire includes 8 tables, 40 chairs (is additional bench seating around the edge of the building), a hot water urn, fridge/ freezer, double oven and a 6 hob cooker.

Please note we don’t provide cutlery, utensils, cups, pots, pans, there are some to use but not guaranteed.

All rubbish must be taken with you as we don’t have a bin service at present, bin bags are provided.

BOOKING PROCESS

Step 1 – Visit booking system below and select the room and time you wish to book (including setup and cleaning).
Step 2 – We will send you an invoice for the cost plus the +£100 refundable deposit and confirm your booking.
Step 3 – Contact us one week prior to arrange how to get keys.

If you send a booking we assume you will take up the booking, if you want to query please use contact us.
Booking not guaranteed until full payment is received.

Ensure your booking time includes setup and clearing time.
Please send your bank details to the treasurer so we can return your deposit.

HIRE RATES (From January 2024)

Scout Hut Rate £15 per hour.

Church Room Rate £17 per hour.

Scout Rate – £10 per hour. Overnight/ weekend available for £100.
